May be called upon to prioritize the completion of work in progress. Also responsible for performing and/or evaluating and inspecting work accomplished to ascertain condition status of components.

Perform maintenance functions, including but not limited to, repairs, replacement and rebuilds of aircraft components. Removes, repairs and replaces functional components such as power generation and support systems wire harnesses and connectors, bleed air and air conditioning ducting, oxygen/environmental systems tubing and line replaceable units, Electric/ECS

turbines, valves and generators. Inspects, troubleshoots and diagnoses systems failures. Reads and interprets manufacturers and Air Force Technical Orders and other specifications to determine feasibility and methods of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components, including ordering of correct parts.

Uses and maintains appropriate equipment; may perform complete repairs and calibrations to include total disassembly, repair and re-assembly of equipment and components in accordance with tech data. Will provide training, technical guidance and OJT to other Top Aces technicians. Ensure that all replacement parts are inspected, eligible, and properly certified prior to installation.

Ensure that removed parts are properly tagged and routed to quarantine.

Carry out maintenance, repair, modification and inspection of the company aircraft as detailed in the company maintenance operations manual. Complete and certify work reports for all work accomplished on the aircraft. Follow company procedures as per the maintenance operations manual using safe work practices. Carry out both line and heavy maintenance activities in accordance with operational standards. Carry out Independent Checks when authorized as per company policies and procedures. Carry out Receiving Inspections when authorized, as per company policies and procedures. As an employee, you are responsible for: Working in compliance with all applicable Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) acts and regulations.

Following safe work practices and procedures and using safeguards and personal protective equipment, as necessary and when required. Reporting any hazards or potential safety risks (such as unsafe situations and activities) to a supervisor immediately. Ground handling, minor maintenance, and servicing Previous experience setting up maintenance work areas Proven track record of success working on complex assignments requiring considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge. Able to work well in a team and within a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Assists Accounting with reconciling various general

Evaluates potential donation of equipment and supplies to insure that items are appropriate for use by the corporation prior to acceptance. Maintains inventory on donated and idle equipment and property for the corporation. Reports periodically on the availability of these items to division and other corporate leaders. Stores office supplies in an orderly fashion within the storage room. Acts as the receiving clerk for all office and general supplies sent through the receiving entrance. Verifies price, quantify and dates on all merchandise received on packing slips. Prepares invoice, packing slip and purchase order documentation for submission and payment.

Provides guidance and assistance to programs in all aspects of purchasing. Orders supplies from vendors and prepares purchase order(s) for approval and signature. Analyzes procurement activities and recommends improvement through standardization of supplies throughout Terry Reilly services. Orders and maintains name plates and business cards for all employees. Assists the Accounts Payable Specialists with posting business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial information for use in maintaining accurate accounts payable records for the organization.

Maintains contract file records to ensure that contracts are up-to-date, payments do not exceed the maximum amount or limits, and monitors contract compliance. Provides adequate documentation and history (including e-mails and/or other written materials) on disputed vendor invoices and other contract issues. Confidentiality is maintained and HIPAA policies are always complied with. Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Associate degree in business, supply chain management, or related field required OR Two years' applicable supply chain purchasing experience in lieu of education requirement Proficient use of supply chain related systems including but not limited to data analysis, procurement, and inventory.

Items usually are of a general, common-use type, non-reparable, and seldom require intensive investigation of typical variations in their supply and demand patterns. Positions are in local, regional, or headquarters offices for which the military supply management organization has overall inventory management responsibility. The work includes requirements determination and forecasting, distribution or redistribution of material, procurement authorization, limited funds management, or other related work.

Material coordination: Performs material coordination duties for special programs, maintenance, or production shops. Duties are performed based on practical experience in processing and expediting supply transactions related to the organizations serviced. Cataloging: Writes item descriptions for a range of new items entering the supply channels of a particular agency or field establishment. Applies requirements by selecting the appropriate description pattern and answering the requirements contained in the pattern. Reviews existing stock catalogs, manufacturers' catalogs, drawings, or other resource materials, for the purpose of matching characteristics or part numbers to identify duplicate items already cataloged or otherwise recorded in the supply system.

Level of Responsibility: Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Deals with a variety of operating officials regarding limited aspects of program needs of the organization serviced. Contacts may relate to inventory requirements in a stable or standardized organization and to the adequate description or identification of less complex items which are new to the system.

May contact representatives of commercial firms to obtain information regarding new items of supply, item characteristics, or procurement lead time; or representatives of government agencies (Federal, State, or local) regarding the utilization of property. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Assignments require a good working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines; an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
