Pie Line Employee responsibilities primarily follows all department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while still maintaining Company quality, quantity, and safety standards. Operates equipment and machines according to safety standards. Communicates to machine operators adjustments needed to meet product specification. Maintains observant to foreign objects or materials in the fruit, pie bottom, and along production process. Communicates with Supervisor regarding dough batches and pies that do not meet Company quality standards. Identifies defect pies to inspection for rework back onto the production line. May repair, handle and/or redistribute rework pies back to pie line for re-topping.

Checks and fills all flour hoppers, sugar hoppers, and pan droppers while making machine adjustments as needed. Communicates with other employees regarding changes or concerns about the product quality during production runs. Documents and completes production paperwork as needed for each necessary task. Documents and tracks the pie line production runs and down time as needed for each necessary task. Must have the ability to work both individually and with a team. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by supervisors or management. Candidates must possess knowledge of basic math skills, knowledge of basic units of measurement and measurement conversion, and multitasking skills.

Food safety knowledge is preferred for this role. Candidates must have the ability to have both verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, previous food manufacturing experience preferred. Work environment is primarily in a bakery manufacturing environment that works with most major food allergens. Physical demands expected of this position include but are not limited to: Repetitive Motion Repetitive Lifting Motion Bending Carrying up to 100lbs.

Complete a cue synopsis that details all lighting shifts and changes. Meet with the technical director to coordinate hang, focus, dark time, etc. Pre-tape catwalks and grid when possible to assist the hang process. Check in with the technical director daily to monitor progress during the hang period. Inspect electric areas and double-check the hang, cable, and focus for work safety. Set up board,

load patch, subs, groups, and submasters in the days prior to building cues. Build cues, presets, set levels, special lighting, and effects. Arrange a meeting with the director, stage manager, and the other production team members for a " Paper Tech" to go through the show cue by cue prior to the first tech rehearsal.

Check for the install of all necessary cue lights, running lights, costume change lights, prop work lights, and design table lights as required for tech rehearsal. It if lights up it's yours to worry about. If it needs electricity, it is yours to provide. Attend all tech and dress rehearsals and evaluate, plan, and rework all light cues as necessary. Continue polishing

and improving cues and lightplot until the final rehearsal.

Please note that if a cue has not been seen on stage during a tech/dress rehearsal it should not be added at the last moment. There should be nothing new to see for an opening performance unless approved by the director. Ensure that resin required to support the schedule is available and approved by quality.

Support successful completion of the Schedule with the lowest scrap possible. Verify set-up conditions are correct for each run. Verify accuracy of actual set-up to the CP traveler.

Record and notify Supervisor when set-up conditions do not match the CP traveler. Be a self-starter and ensure that quality targets are being met for each run. Notify Supervisor when out of specification conditions exist. Work with Supervisors on issues of employee performance, safety or company policies violations. Take ownership of daily operations, making sure they are started on time and stay on schedule. Report to Supervisor if there are discrepancies. Conduct periodic checks of safety equipment. Instruct

operators on the proper use of all safety equipment. Take charge of accuracy of data entry in Oracle.

Report discrepancies to the Supervisor. Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained at all times. Identify and report to the Supervisor any defective raw materials that might be discovered. Own the training process for employees on procedures of the equipment and Oracle transactions. Education/Experience/Skills Required High School diploma or GED equivalent. One to two (1-2) years' work experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred. Must be computer literate in the use of a manufacturing system like SAP or Oracle. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.

Problem solving is required in this position. Decision making is required in this position. Physical Requirements Individual required to be sighted (can be medically corrected), with clear verbal and written communications skills. Job includes lifting of product/supplies ranging from minimal to 50 pounds on an occasional basis. Individual will be required to be mobile, with bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Must be able to wear a respirator and other safety equipment as required. Training Requirements Training to applicable procedures that relate to area of responsibility.
