REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSThe Production Supervisor must have a solid background in plant operations. A minimum of 5 years industrial production supervisory experience coupled within proven proficiency in maintenance processes. In addition, incumbent must possess a proficient working knowledge of team-based plant operations (i.
e. coaching, staffing, creating work orders, shift hand offs, plant policy administration). Some experience or specialized training in each of these areas is preferred. This individual must be able to demonstrate superior leadership/managing skills, data analysis, situational leadership skills, and problem solving skills including good written and oral communications and a strong reading comprehension. The work environment is rigorous, and as such requires the incumbent to be able to climb stairs, and ladders. High School Diploma or GED - Required Bachelors Degree - Engineering, Business Administration, Leadership, or related field - Preferred5 Years working in a manufacturing Environment - Required3 Years supervisory manufacturing experience - Required
