The Temporary Housing and Stabilization Case Manager is responsible for placing seven (7)families into stable housing, as outlined in the DHCD contract, by exploring all potentialhousing outcomes.
Once established, the Temporary Housing and Stabilization Case Manager will continue to work with families for up to 24 months to ensure that families willremain stabilized.
