Support execution of a Supplier Relationship Management program to manage all interactions with suppliers and ensures alignment with company and product strategies. Facilitate clear and timely written or verbal communication, advising management of critical issues and provide some suggested solutions for assigned categories and/or projects. Participate as a cross functional team member, actively working toward successful

implementation and completion of team goals and objectives.

Maintain and update reports of progress and provide an analysis of projects as required by the Procurement and/or Cross Functional Team. Maintain system data through team and functional processes. Deliver on cost reduction commitments and execute strategic sourcing initiatives. Evaluate and recommend suppliers to support both new product development and cost savings initiatives. Identify and negotiate with suppliers to provide the best pricing, serviceability and quality leveraging tools such as commodity trends and market conditions. Develop and manage suppliers to monitor and achieve Corporate Goals which include Fill Rate, Inventory reductions, Cost savings & Sales.

Key Duties Create purchase orders for all stock and non-stock items and ensure timely delivery of all products.

Ensure compliance to all purchasing procedures. Analyze all order acknowledgments for accuracy, as compared to the purchase order, and communicate with supplier on any necessary corrective action. Evaluate all purchase orders on a regular basis and provide an ample level of internal and external communication regarding order status and any changes

that may affect delivery dates to customer base, etc. Manage communication for purchase orders with vendors, resolve all order input issues, and coordinate with accounts payable department as needed to help accurately process all invoices.

Identify cost cutting initiatives, review with Purchasing Manager, and facilitate necessary system changes. Initiate and follow through NCMR process upon receipt of non-conforming product, administer all vendor performance diplomacies and facilitate corrective actions as required. Maintain records of all purchase orders and associated documents; provide assistance to all purchasing staff. Monitor rates of production on an as-needed basis, coordinate

with production units to achieve all support service objectives, and develop appropriate sourcing strategy.

Analyze all capacity associated issues for special projects, review all vendor quotations, and organize procurement activities. Key Requirements Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative purchasing role. Proficient in math, reading, and writing. Demonstrated proficiency in using computer-based programs, specifically Microsoft Office products. Possesses excellent communication, telephone, and organizational skills, being able to interact well with customers, management, administration, and manufacturing, while satisfactorily completing multiple assignments in a timely fashion.

SUMMARY: Department Lead (Clothing & Sidelines) provides support to the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Key Carrier while being in a working role. These responsibilities range from pushing and maintenance clothing and sidelines to displays as well as working in other areas as needed.

Department Lead ( Clothing & Sidelines ) oversees the clothing, shoes, and accessories departments and works with the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Key Carrier to maintain efficient processes and quality, building team morale through employee training and positive team interactions, as well as working with Assistant Manager to develop the department. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Providing and maintaining

a clean and safe working environment within the store and warehouse parameters. Help oversee the process of the Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories departments.

Help the Store Manager, Assistant Manager and Key Carrier with department forms. Responsible for increasing sales of your department & merchandising. Demonstrate leadership in your department by being consistent in your role. Provide supplies for employees necessary to complete job duties and inform the Manager of any needed supplies. Help in the training process for new employees in your department. Attend staff meetings. Make sure department stock and inventory is constantly rotating yet remaining full. Interact with coworkers

in a friendly, Christian manner. Identify store systems and abide by them.

Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring quality control and other tasks are required. Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager and Key Carrier with whatever he/she needs completed. Have open communication with Assistant Manager and Store Manager with staffing or product issues. 1 5. Other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be friendly, personable and customer service focused with good discernment on proper customer interaction. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, stretch, push, pull, and lift to 20 pounds and stand for an entire shift. Must be able to communicate clearly in English, including reading, writing and counting.

Must be able to operate store equipment efficiently (price guns, tagger, cash register, etc. ) Must be in good physical and mental health with emotional maturity and stability along with a sense of humor.
