As a Pest Control Technician with Viking Pest, you will provide the vital link between our company and our clients through exceptional customer service. You will seek to solve existing pest/rodent problems and recommend corrective actions to prevent more problems in the future. Primary Responsibilities: Maintains HVAC/R equipment including RTUs, split systems , mini splits, make-up air units, and light refrigeration equipment. Understand and correct error codes on low and high electrical sides. Works with all types of refrigerants, with the ability to identify

and repair leaks. Troubleshoot equipment parts such as compressors, filters, fans, motors, valves, drains, drip pans, and metering devices. Ability to repair or replace as necessary.

Work with damper controls. Control BAS System for building. Understanding of low-pressure boilers and steam heat. General work with generator and all safety equipment. EPA/OSHA Certification is preferred, but not required. Possession of a valid Driver's License (not suspended, revoked, canceled, or disqualified from driving).

Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment. Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
