Work long, flexible hours as demanded by our customers including nights, weekends, and work outside for extended periods during all seasons of the year. Perform additional duties as required or directed by their immediate supervisor or other manager. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Work Experience: Must have a good work ethic, be on time and be dependable.

Minimum of 1-year experience preferred but not required. Must be available to work various hours including days, nights and weekends. Prefer experience with DOT projects. Heavy Highway and erosion control experience is a plus. Candidate must be willing to shovel, rake, flag traffic and etc. Must have a clean MVR and valid driver's license with dependable transportation. Job Requirements : Must have a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a closely related Engineering field. Must have 5 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer with manufacturing experience.
