Will need to pull the product still there out, pull down the new pallet, and then stock the remaining items from the previous pallet on the top of the new pallet that you brought down. The goal is for the pickers to never have to wait to pick a needed item. As a stocker, you may put some products away from late deliveries, but the primary focus will involve pulling products for the pickers, so will do more manual labor. Products that you will move will generally weight 10-50lbs, but will occasionally weigh up to 100lbs.

There is administrative functions with recording temperatures, taking a picture of the load for records, and notifying the shag driver that the load is complete. Need to be able to regularly lift up to 25lbs.
