You will assist in all aspects of training delivery at the regional Academy, including workshop and vehicle set-up, materials preparation, classroom preparedness, and communications with student technicians. This role is focused on building skills to be able to deliver course material as a technical trainer in the future. Day to Day Responsibilities: Prepare workshops and
vehicles for experiential learning. Assist lead technical trainer in the delivery of training workshops, with the goal of improving diagnosis and repair competency of retail technicians.
Ensure the training classrooms, workshops, tools, student guides, literature, and vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for classes. Re-set classrooms after class completions. Ensure set-up for virtual classes is complete and assist learners with troubleshooting. Assist with maintaining attendee training records in learning portal.
