During the production phase the project lead will continue to provide technical guidance and respond to questions from the writing team. Once the technical manuals are submitted from the production team for internal technical review, the

project lead will conduct engineering reviews and ensure that all requirements as identified by the bibliography have been incorporated. The Engineering Planner will support Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Global Sustainment Moorestown Technical Publications in planning, development, and delivery of Technical Manuals (TMs) for U.

S. Department of Defense programs, such as U. S. Aegis and U. S. Air Force programs. The Engineering Planner will perform technical tasks such as evaluating and interpreting complex engineering data. This person will perform Engineering Reviews (ERs) to ensure that TMs have been updated accurately and thoroughly with all source data and changes prior to delivery,

as well as ensuring their compliance with Security Classification and Releasability Guidelines.

Document deficiencies in a clear, concise manner. Respond to internal, customer and government agencies' comments and research responses IAW applicable source documentation. This person will review Engineering Change Documentation, technical data packages, and software data to identify list of TMs required to support a change to existing TMs or development of new TMs, as well as support the development of Proposals (Rough Order of Magnitudes (ROMs) and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), as required. Basic Qualifications: Strong technical background, 3+ years Attention to detail Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office suite (especially Word, Excel, and Access) and Adobe PDF Ability to independently evaluate complex technical data and interpret changes required to TM content.
