Job Summary Support the operation of PSEG’s Electric Distribution, which operates 24x7 and 365 days per year. Provide a range of engineering expertise and management to operate and maintain the integrity of the Electric Transmission and Distribution System. Provide technical support to client and associate support staff to ensure development and deployment of efficient application systems utilizing established standards, procedures and methodologies. Supporting supervision of field forces, supervision/direction of craft/construction and/or engineering personnel in a union environment, work management, project management, as well as other technical and administrative duties. Coordinate and assemble information and a variety of reports required for regulatory, internal, and senior leadership review. Job Responsibilities Provide a range of engineering expertise to operate and maintain the integrity of the relevant system(s) Oversee and directly supervise the work of craft/union field forces and/or engineering technicians in a union workforce environment Serve as a representative of PSE&G management in the face of the customer as well as other external stakeholders (NJDOT, local municipalities, county, etc.
