You will help develop novel methods, algorithms and tools for visualizing, understanding and characterizing how these data change over time, and how those changes are linked to biological function. The project will result in a
web-based capability for ingesting, analysing and visualization large scale genomics datasets generated by this project. You should have a background and experience in 3D data visualization, strong software development skills, a strong publication record, an interdisciplinary research philosophy, and the ability to effectively communicate with researchers with varied backgrounds.
As a postdoctoral research associate, you will be given the opportunity to publish results in high-impact peer-reviewed journals and to present at well-known conferences.
