Responsible for both long and short term maintenance planning. Prepare detailed task lists and materials for shut down work. Work with stores to develop and update BOM’s. Work with the Technical Object Updater to keep Functional Locations and Equipment info up to date in SAP. Evaluate completed work orders for accuracy and close out. Point of contact for outside vendors and services utilized
for planned maintenance activities. Enforcement of Wickliffe Engineering Standards for maintenance work.
Work with Technical Leader and Supervisor for scheduling project work as needed. Education / Certification High School Diploma Experience and Skills 5 years of experience working in a maintenance related field Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and contractors Must be able to plan, organize, and manage multiple objectives and deadlines simultaneously Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft office products Ability to read prints/drawings (P&ID’s) Considered a plus Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling Experience in SAP (ECC or S4 HANA versions) 2-year technical or 4-year degree Supervisory Responsibility This role does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities; however it is a highly visible role and leadership qualities are required in guiding the technicians and outside contractors in policy, procedures and standards.

Interest and experience working in moderate sized teams of highly skilled personnel. Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
