This role is in support of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems (DS) Huntsville Manufacturing Facility (HMC). Roles and Responsibilities: Manufacture
of laser marked UIDs for all contracts supported by HMC. Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in model shop operations, as well as performing the role as site tool control administrator.
Requires the uses of some sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to product UID templates, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify some manufacturing processes. Support in the development of cable manufacturing and additive manufacturing techniques at HMC. Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent and
2 years of relevant experience Prior Do D manufacturing experience Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication skills Knowledge of MIL-STD-130 Experience working in a Manufacturing Execution system Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
