The HRIS Delivery Release/Testing Analyst role is responsible for establishing testing standards, protocols, and repository for all end-to-end testing requirements across our HR systems that support Ahold Delhaize's US Associate population of over 200,000 active associates.

This includes applications such as: Success Factors, Kronos, ECP, and our custom union solutions. This role is responsible for leading the test cycle governance, test case execution, and SAP release management of all US HR Systems. Duties and Responsibilities: Test, maintain, and monitor the path to production dev, test, and acceptance systems and environments. Define the goals of testing systems and processes and devise flow charts and diagrams describing the interconnections and required

testing path across the core HR Platform. Coordinate testing across all core HR systems, partnering with HRIS Design and Operations, IT, Global, and Business Services Process owners to deliver end to end scenarios and testing results.

Manage functional review activities to include creating delivery checklists, resolving business process questions and concerns, and making improvement recommendations for prioritization pipeline, presentations and formal executive reviews. Determine testing requirements, software, applications, or tools required to deliver high quality testing results. Develop, document, and revise testing design procedures, process flows, and quality standards.

Coordinate and link the required test standards across systems and processes to increase efficiency and compatibility of test results. Consult with management to ensure agreement on testing protocols systems, documentation, and coordination principles. Confer with Business Services counterparts regarding the nature of the information process flows and the expected output of test results. Train staff and users to work with test systems and programs to deliver user-driven end-to-end testing results. Initiates renal replacement treatment according to prescribed orders including setting blood flow rate (QB) and dialysate flow rate (QD) or peritoneal dialysis as prescribed by the attending nephrologist.

Collects, labels specimens and ensures timely delivery to laboratory per facility policy. Evaluates intradialytic problems and provides intervention as prescribed by physician's order or as directed by FMCNA RN. Monitors patient's response to dialysis therapy and report any unusual findings to FMCNA RN. Obtains vital signs prior to reinfusion; performing all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment- documentation. Reports any change or unusual findings to FMCNA RN. Performs and document any intervention for unusual patient status and document patients' response to intervention.

Evaluates patients' vascular access during treatment including arterial and venous monitoring pressures, provides appropriate intervention as needed, documents and reports any unusual findings to the FMCNA RN. Discontinues dialysis treatment according to established procedures. Evaluates patient prior to termination of venous access - standing and sitting blood pressures prior to termination of venous access. Obtains hemostasis and applies appropriate dressings. Evaluates the patient prior to discharge and reports any unusual findings to the FMCNA RNPerforms and records Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs with initial identification.

Preview Week and maintain a current gradebook in the Learning Management System Hold required office hours Assist students and direct them to appropriate resources Contribute to student retention and completion initiatives Participate in outcomes backssment and respond to data Collaborate with student support offices and professionals Report grades and reconcile incomplete grades as necessary Engage in professional development including departmental orientation Attend required meetings and complete mandatory trainings Adapt to emerging challenges and demands to serve the college and its students Follow policies as outlined in the Faculty Handbook Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM WORK: Master's Degree in Spanish, Education, or related field Experience working with second language learners Ability to use technology in teaching Must be positive, cooperative and supportive PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior community college teaching experience Demonstrated record of intercultural and equity-minded practices PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This work is normally sedentary work which requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts which require normal safety precautions typical of such places as office, meeting, and training rooms.

Use of safe workplace practices with office equipment; computers for data entry and word processing; avoidance of trips and falls; observance of fire and building safety regulations; observance of College polices and traffic laws when/if driving a College vehicle.
