The Supply Chain Analyst will coordinate Willard's production planning/scheduling and inventory control functions with Corporate Supply Chain, Willard Distribution, Operations, Maintenance, Plant Services, and Field Sales.
The Supply Chain Analyst forecasts, coordinates, and communicates selected ingredient and packaging materials to Campbell Soup buyers for purchase order creation. He/she performs all ingredient and packaging material releasing, delivery, problem resolution, and coordination of same with suppliers. Support scheduling and product supply for all customer types, eg. SDA, International, Club, Food Sevice, Co Packers Prepare, input, analyze, track, and troubleshoot transactions for Flex Pack Center and Outside Co Packers.15%5.
Coordinate and communicate with Corporate Supply Chain to support companywide efficiencies and customer service. 8%6. Coordinate and communicate WIP product imports from interplants. 5%7. Perform inventory tracking, reporting, troubleshooting, and correcting to impact plant Finished Product, WIP, Ingredient, and Packaging inventory accuracy. Manage cycle count sheets for ingredients and packaging. Review cycle counts and approve adjustments. Strive for 100% physical and system match. 10% 8. Work collectively as a team, and partner support, including serving as backup for partner planner.

Job Specifications Associate's Degree in planning, purchasing or supply chain preferred. Two years food industry experience in supply chain / planning preferred. Must be able to work in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Should possess good math, logical/analytical and decision-making skills Self-starter and results-oriented.
Logical, organized, flexible, and multi-tasked oriented. Moderate physical effort required. Computer skills; ability to master required software applications as an operations tool, tracking device, and report generator. Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$43,380.00 - $70,110.00Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
