Measures and adds proper ingredients as directed, changes cutters as needed, greases and maintains equipment. 4. Opens damaged cases and repacks undamaged bags. 6. Performs general operational, daily and downtime sanitation as required.
7. Prepares cases for packaging machines as needed.
