Reporting Relationships : Reports directly to SVP Billing and Collections Responsibilities: Responsible for

enhancing billing and collection process quality through active measurement of process standards and provides continuous feedback for billing operations management and staff.

Develop a framework for quality assurance discipline to ensure key processes have been identified for both financial and operational impact, forms/template development to match identified best practices, audit schedule, and capacity planning, audit sampling methodology, and management reporting of results. In partnerhsip with billing, operations leads develop standards or best practices that will be measured through a quality assurance audit process aligned to key financial and operational objectives. Capture and

measure audit results including the development and management of audit forms/templates, audit result repository, and audit sample methodology to ensure evidence and process coverage is achieved.

Develop and distribute documentation of audit results that provides staff, direct management, and senior management understanding of performance and corrective action plans for areas of opportunities. Provide collaboration with billing operations leads to understanding their business objectives, strategies, and ongoing challenges and partner to develop and prioritize key initiatives MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Strong background in the Insurance Industry Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong information systems understanding and ability to use internal systems as well as Microsoft Office programs Ability to dissect QA data sets, identify root causes/trends Ability to excel independently and in a team environment. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in a related field or proven insurance-related experience. Minimum of 5 years experience in an analytical role. Aptitude for learning is required. Conducts quality activities aligned with project scope as per the contract terms and conditions.

construction management, or a related discipline. 3 years of experience in quality control and/or the construction industry preferred General knowledge of the construction industry; understands specifications, methods, and procedures.

Introductory knowledge of codes related to the construction industry. Basic construction inspection skills. Understanding of internal project quality backssment process. Demonstrates planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work. Strong attention to detail. Excellent recordkeeping skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to develop and maintain effective customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.

Works as a member of an integrated product team with Orbital ATK Safety & Mission Assurance staff in various groups to address technical

issues, meet program requirements and ensure mission success. Interface with customers, vendors, and with Orbital ATK Manufacturing, Integration & Test and Engineering organizations to identify and resolve mission/flight assurance issues.

Provide support to program Flight Assurance Manager in review of various activities. Job Responsibilities 1. Establishes and maintains Safety and Quality Assurance programs, procedures and controls ensuring that products and services conform to company standards of excellence. 2. Responsible for daily IPT support from a mission assurance perspective. 3. Customer interaction - as necessary. 4. Will create, deliver and maintain first article paperwork

and inspection documentation. 5. Supports the development, implementation and maintenance of quality policy and procedures.

Interfaces with suppliers in the verification of product design and reliability. 6. Review practices, procedures and processes seeking avenues to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce risk to product quality. 7. Interprets customer technical and MA requirements, and ensuring these requirements are integrated into program plans, specifications and product drawings. 8. Provide oversight in discrepancy review, failure investigations, as well as cause and corrective action determinations. Analyze and interpret trends and executes improvements on key metrics.

9. Represents Mission Assurance at different program reviews and review boards including Configuration Control Board (CCB) and Corrective Action Board (CAB). 10. Ensure Risk Management activities (d FMEA, p FMEA) are executed according to standards and procedures. 11. Ensure program contract requirements are flowed down internally and to suppliers, ensures compliance with contract program, quality, organizational, and industry alert requirements. Education and Experience • Requires BS in Engineering & 7 years or Masters in Engineering & 5 years or Ph D & 2 years.

• Industrial, Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering strongly preferred. • 10 years of experience with GDT interpretation and print reading. • 7 years minimum experience in direct customer support. • Excellent, demonstrable MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, for up to two weeks at a time, required. Other Requirements Able to read engineering documentation and inspect drawings and parts lists, inspection plans, and supplemental instructions.Extensive knowledge base in Cause Analysis tools, such as Ishikawa, FMEA, DOE, KTA (Kepner Tregoe Analysis) etc.

Previous experience managing elements of AS/ISO/CMMI certified internal and external organization.
