in Prophet 21. Track & follow up on quotes, sales orders and scheduled shipment dates to ensure customer's expectations are met or exceeded. Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field.
Work with the team to display products and merchandise in a pleasing and attractive manner. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Knowledge of Kitchen & Bath Showroom Products is highly desirable. 1-2 years of experience in a retail and/or customer service environment, passion for home design is highly desirable. Self-motivated, organized and able to problem solve when unexpected situations arise with customers, vendors or co-workers.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with sharp attention to detail.
Excellent Customer Service Skills demonstrated as listening, communicating clearly, patience, diplomacy, asking questions, finding answers and making appropriate recommendations. 2 - 4 years of supervisory or management experience (hiring and developing employees) in a retail environment preferred.
