Maintaining visitor security procedures (guest log-in system, visitor badges, etc. ) Call police or fire department in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Accompany and/or direct visitors, vendors, and customers to employee in which they are visiting. Carry out Emergency Action Plan responsibilities. Monitor Bradbury Group corporate email account daily and assign for follow-up as needed. Monitor Website contact requests and respond and assign
to sales and service as needed. Type PO acknowledgement letters for Sales Department.
