Job Summary This position will assist in daily golf operations to include pro-shop and outside services, supervise all non-exempt golf, pro-shop and outside services staff drive revenue and programming efforts control assets promote the game of golf (including

PGA of America membership in good standing in an active classification.
Actively pursue PGA membership (if a PGA Apprentice) in a timely manner through the PGA Professional Golf Management (PGA PGM) program. Essential Responsibilities Specific Responsibilities - include but are not limited to: Manage the daily business. Including, but not limited to Starting the golf course, Assisting Member and Guests with their bags, and marshaling the golf courses during peak times. Play golf with a variety of customers in competitive and non-competitive situations. Assist in managing facility tournament operations including weekly events. Assist in tournament operations for members or guests including planning, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow up.
Conduct individual lessons and group clinics. Assist with management of outside service staff to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved. Assist in managing golf car operation, practice facility and club storage service. Provide club repair services to customers. Assist in the inventory control of hard goods, soft goods, and special orders including: ordering procedures, receiving procedures, inputting into point of sale, pricing procedures, display and sales.
Conduct oneself in a professional manner and maintain a professional image at all times. Assist with the administration of applicable staff via recordkeeping, work schedules, etc. in accordance with facility human resource policies. Assist in coordinating golf activities with other departments. About You PGA PGM Associate Program or PGA Member. College degree preferred, High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Customer service experience. Expanded Golf Knowledge. Proven track record of team management, organizational and coaching skills. Experience with tee sheets and inventory systems.

POSITION SUMMARY Under the guidance and supervision of the Community Operations Director, the Youth Yoga Instructor is responsible for the safety, supervision, programming, and involvement of participants instructing an age-appropriate yoga curriculum for kids. Prior experience
working with kids in some relatable capacity is required. This is a seasonal, grant funded position and schedule to end June 2024. Plan and lead sessions in one or more assigned recreation areas, such as yoga and mindfulness, by implementing effective teaching methods, and giving equal attention to all participants. Responsible for administering professional and effective program-specific skills according to course description. Set up and monitor class equipment, ensuring equipment remains in working condition. Report all equipment repair needs to supervisor immediately. Advise participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate. Distribute handouts and/or class evaluations, if appropriate, and answer questions from participants after each session.
Participate in a peer-review exercise. Develop positive relationships with participants and provide motivational support and guidance to support members in their healthy living goals. Address students who are not performing exercises correctly by demonstrating proper form and techniques. Encourage student involvement in all classes. Perform other duties and responsibilities. Complete additional projects and reports as required. Attend all staff meetings, trainings and workshops as required.
