Plan tour destinations in response to suggestions made by participants. Make reservations for transportation, restaurants, admissions, guides, etc. Assist in overall marketing and advertisements of trips including fliers, internet marketing, open houses and telemarketing.
Drive and escort tour according to established plans. Evaluate and make recommendations for changes or program improvements. Attend staff meetings scheduled by Supervisor of Recreation and Marketing. Requirements: Must have clean driving record with no infractions more recent than 1 year and possess a California State Class C License. Must be currently certified in C. P. Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office products, and social media. Experience with private events, banquets, and a la carte.
