Use each of the related massage products in accordance with standard operating procedures; use proper amounts of products to assist with cost containment. Respond to any hotel or safety situation
in accordance with policies and procedures. Promptly report any concerns to management. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
Maintain 5 diamond service standards. Provide lateral service wherever is necessary in the hotel. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times to everyone. Embody mission, vision and values of the hotel daily.
