The incumbent is a member of the nursing management team and participates in advancing the goals and objectives for patient care services. Participates in organization-wide initiatives as a member of hospital management.
Bachelor’s Degree in a clinical field required or actively pursuing. Masters of Science in Nursing or related area of study. Must have or be actively pursuing Masters of Science in Nursing or related area of study. If actively pursuing degrees, both bachelor’s and master’s level must be completed within five years.
