Oversees all the inputs and updates of the property asset records into Repair Data database by the Logistics and Operations team. Makes needed corrections and provides feedback
to users to improve correctness of future inputs. Content developer for new procedures and processes within the Repair Data database in the form of SOP development and guidance, Training material using mostly Power Point presentations and critical time sensitive notices via emails to users as needed.
Responsible for training of KSA employees on processes and the utilization of Repair Data. Troubleshoot any technical or workflow issues within Repair Data, develop corrective actions and coordinate with software developers as needed.
