Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
Proven working experience in construction management. Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
