Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in the electrical engineering field required; power

emphasis preferred. 0-2 years of engineering design experience. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) certificate is preferred. Knowledge and experience including software such as Auto CAD and REVIT are preferred.

Responsible for designing the following types of electrical systems: MV and LV electrical power systems, standby power and UPS power systems, lighting and control systems, telecommunications systems, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems and lightning protection. Assist with electrical engineering feasibility studies. Perform electrical engineering calculations. Fundamental project management Responsible for the communication necessary with all parties to ensure a successful project. Have a solid understanding of the scope of the work to be performed.

Responsible for delivering an end project that satisfies the Client. Superior client-facing/client relationship/client management skills and effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient utilization of MS Office software family products and Bluebeam. Participate in activities and organizations related to our industry outside of daily business routine, developing peer relationships, technical growth, and business contacts. We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Redmond, WA. This role is full-time in-office. The pay range is 68k-78k/year. Primary Function: The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting multi-disciplinary engineering project teams in a wide array of projects. This role involves interaction with internal Sigma Design Engineers and Technical Leads during the product development life cycle

of a project. Depending on business needs, the Project Coordinator will assist one or more project teams at a time with BOM generation, project data management, report generation, project metrics (burn rate, expenditures, labor hours, etc.

) and other project related activities. Given the hands-on nature of the role, remote work is not authorized. Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities: Support multidisciplinary project teams of engineers and other support staff in complex development projects. Works with Functional leads to establish aggressive but realistic project timelines and milestones. Define project requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and the desired end result.

Assist with design reviews and the generation of reports, meeting minutes, slides, and action items.

Monitor resource needs, expenditures, and labor burn rates to ensure the project stays on schedule and budget. Assist the Operations Manager to steer the project team toward a design solution that meets the entire project requirements while making the proper decisions to ensure the timeline and deliverables are met according to the client’s expectations. Take proactive action to reduce risk, feature creep, cost overruns, and head off problems before they become critical. Assist the Project Team in generating BOMs that are detailed, accurate, and correct. Ensure that the BOM is properly entered into the ERP and oversee BOM revisions and updates during the product development lifecycle.

Make certain that any regulatory, compliance, quality standards, and safety standards that apply are met. Ensure that all shop & assembly documentation and client documentation deliverables are complete and accurate. Oversee the data release to the shop & lab to ensure a smooth flow of information in a timely manner. Interface with manufacturing staff and personnel on material status and production planning issues. Perform other duties and / or special projects as requested, directed, or assigned.

Follow Business Technology policies to protect sensitive data and reduce information security occurrences. Education and Experience: (Knowledge, skills, & abilities) High School Diploma, Associates degree in Engineering or equivalent job experience required Strong written and verbal English language communication skills. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in a manufacturing environment. Experience assisting with project planning and change management on projects. Experience working with multiple engineering disciplines such as industrial, mechanical, electrical, firmware/software, supply chain, metal fabricators and assembly technicians.

Ability to assist Operations Manager with day-to-day project duties, issue tracking, and report generation. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints, strong organizational skills. Ability to plan work and accomplish challenging objectives with minimum direction, solve practical problems, and deal with a variety of changing situations. Excellent teamwork/interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, both within and outside one's own work group.
