Complete behavioral health related discharge planning and assist with transitions of care. Assist with ensuring legal timelines and requirements are met for patients detained on an involuntary hold. Provide professional witness and proxy testimony in Involuntary Treatment Court. Communicate effectively with outside facilities and agencies, including psychiatric hospitals, members of the involuntary treatment system, outpatient care teams, and more.

Provide psychoeducation and brief solution focused interventions to support patients and families during their hospital stay. Other duties as assigned.
