priorities + Monitor daily pace to ensure the team is on track to meet the daily goal + Coordinating and manage receiving projects as needed + Weekly retail customer receiving strategy New hire training as needed Execute all QA tasks as scheduled Assist the warehouse manager with shipment investigations as needed + Unknown shipments + Identifying customers that are not following package identification standards + Lost shipments + Lost repairs post receipt + Return to Sender shipments + International shipments + Shipping errors – wrong location + Works to continually improve processes and eliminate errors and inefficiencies Analyze and adjust data within company database/systems relevant to

inbound materials.

Spares fulfillment; pick/ship items Contract entitlement – identify and organize repair devices that require service contract entitlement.

Communicate with Contracts group. Outsource - identify and organize repair devices that require outsource. Log repairs with various manufacturers. Periodically follow up on past due repairs Training and documentation – Develop procedures and training documentation as it pertains to the above tasks as necessary. Communicate IT and system issues to the correct parties as needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Manage and maintain daily supplies needed for receiving Detailed Work Activities: Clean facilities or work areas.

Schedule pickup / shipment with various carriers. Load shipments, belongings, or materials. Mark materials or objects for identification. Monitor cargo area conditions. Move materials, equipment, or supplies. Operate packing or other material processing equipment. Package materials or products. Receive information or instructions for performing work assignments. Sort materials or objects for processing or transport. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 2 or more years of practical experience required Basic familiarity with office productivity software (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Web Browser, etc.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT As a Warehouse Assistant, you play a vital role in helping our HVAC company operate efficiently.

Your main goal is to keep inventory stocked and well-organized. Using your customer service skills, you handle all questions and concerns from our customers in order to build and maintain a working relationship. To keep everything running smoothly, you promptly and accurately update logs and documentation for inventory processing. With safety at the forefront of your mind, you use a forklift or picker machine to move HVAC materials across the facility. Keeping things tidy and well-maintained, you also ensure that the warehouse is safe and accessible for associates.

You are an effective worker because you're both self-motivated and a team player. Always proactive, you take care of your responsibilities without prompting from leadership. You also work well with others as you communicate with fellow employees and report inventory issues to your supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform the physical demands of the job RFI scanner experience, inventory management experience, and forklift or warehouse experience are preferred but not required.
