This is a salaried role generally working office hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p. We can be flexible on start and end times as long as you are meeting business needs. Salaried team members at UPC are expected to contribute a minimum of 45 hours each week. Description Provide remote and in-office technical assistance for issues related to computer software and hardware including installation, modification, and repair. Support computer systems utilizing Azure Active Directory and Microsoft core products. Support mobile devices utilizing Android and/or i OS.
Support communications with software vendors for various applications. Analyze and identify trends in issue reporting. Create and close helpdesk tickets. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Develop and maintain training manuals and SOPs. Qualifications Minimum of a two-year technical degree within six months of completion in a related field OR two years of equivalent experience.
Comp TIA A+ certification, relevant completed coursework, or plans to complete within six months. Familiarity with basic networking concepts. Strong analytical, technical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
General knowledge of customer service and ability to work with staff members personally or remotely. Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to handle challenging employees and/or situations. Ability to lift at least 25lbs. Valid driver's license and ability to provide your own transport to Eau Claire, Spooner, Tomah, or Wausau. Skills or prior training with SQL considered
