Ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems and networks by planning, analyzing, developing, and implementing information systems security programs, policies, procedures, and tools. Ensures all IS and COTS/GOTS within the DODIN-A (NG) Enclave are properly certified and accredited in accordance with, Risk Management Framework (RMF), and configuration management policies

and practices prior to installing devices/systems on the production ICAN. Maintains an operational knowledge base of past, current and possible future threats to the security posture by attending courses, conferences, seminars, online research, and information sharing between other Cyber Security/Information Security professionals.

Endpoint engineers play a crucial role in maintaining the security and functionality of our network, as endpoint devices are often the target of cyberattacks.

This position is open to 100% Remote, Hybrid or Onsite, working at our headquarters in Neenah, WI. Job Responsibilities Configures and manages the settings and security features of endpoint devices to ensure they adhere to company policies and standards. Installs, updates, and maintains software applications and security patches on endpoint

devices. This includes antivirus software, operating systems, productivity software, and more. Creates roadmap for OS upgrades. Implements and maintains security measures on endpoint devices to protect endpoints from malware, unauthorized access, and data breaches.

This may include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption. Monitors the performance and health of endpoint devices to detect and resolve issues, as well as remotely managing these devices for troubleshooting and updates. Ensures compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies and that endpoints adhere to relevant compliance standards. Implement necessary controls and conducts audits to identify

and address any non-compliance issues. Provides second/third level technical support to end-users when they encounter issues with their devices, software, or network connectivity.

Implements measures to protect endpoints from data breaches, including data loss prevention (DLP) and encryption of sensitive data. Maintains an up-to-date inventory of all endpoint devices within the organization. Responds to, and documents, any security threats. Assists with resolving incidents and developing plans to mitigate future threats. Identifies current and emerging technology issues including security trends, vulnerabilities and threats. Conducts proactive research to analyze security weaknesses and recommends appropriate strategies.

Qualifications Experience: 6+ years experience in Infrastructure in a Technician or Administrator role using Endpoint Security. 3+ years experience supporting assigned technology (i. e. Microsoft, Apple, Android, etc. ) Experience with Endpoint Security, A/V systems (Check Point, Sentinal One, Intune) Experience training and mentoring others desired. Education: Bachelor's Degree in an IT related role. In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, may consider Associate's Degree plus 2 additional years of directly related experience. Other Skills/Qualifications: Understanding of current mobility, endpoint, remote access and security technologies.

Understanding of PCI compliance and ISO 27001 standards desired. Demonstrated project management and multi-tasking skills. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently with technology and vendors as required. Ability to research a technology related topic and communicate recommendations to other technical staff members. Ability to work constructively within a team environment to identify and resolve issues impacting productivity. Strong customer-facing communication skills.
