Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership. Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures. Position Overview The Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver is responsible to deliver materials, tools, and equipment to Arrow work sites and return them to the Arrow warehouse as directed. The Warehouse Worker / Delivery Driver will also assist the Warehouse Manager, including processing orders, material returns, maintaining warehouse inventories of

Travels as needed for the safe delivery of materials tools, and equipment to all Louisville and Lexington branch projects. Loads/Unloads trucks and trailers by hand and with material

handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed in warehouse and on worksites.

Receives shipments from vendors and trucking companies, verifying material received is accurate and in good condition. Notify Director of Procurement of any damage. Assist in marking and storing material shipments by project. Assist in notifying PM's and Field Supervisors of received material. Returns materials from work sites and assists with return for vendor credit. Assists tracking of tools and equipment for projects from distribution to return. Assists with small tool and equipment maintenance and repairs. Maintains materials inventory in warehouse as instructed. Helps with Prefab operations and assists with completion of project orders.

Maintains materials in consignment area as instructed. Assists with maintenance of office grounds and office repairs. Completes and maintain documentation electronically or by paper filing system. QUALIFICATIONS The minimum amount of education or formal training and experience that are required for this position: Education: High School Diploma, GED, or strong desire to be in this Experience: Minimum 2 years warehouse/delivery experience preferred. Must have the desire and commitment to work in this industry and in sometimes harsh environments.

Willingness to work in a team Must be able to use power and hand tools in a safe, efficient Must have a valid driver's license and a clear driving record (CDL preferred). Willingness to obtain CDL (training will be provided). Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. Must be capable of handling multiple tasks. Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments.
