I'm selling my 1940 Indian Sport Scout Motorcycle.
It is fairly complete restoration project with a real nice frame, fenders, front fork, and handlebar assembly. These bikes have a 750cc (45 cubic inch) flathead v-twin motor that has good power to weight ratio and is fun to ride. The open fendered early post war Indians are highly collectible
and are a work of art. The frame is very clean and straight. Both shocks are present and complete. The frame has a very legible factory stamped VIN, making it a mid year frame. This serial number was part of a batch of Sport Scouts sold to the US Army. All holes are tight and have good threads.
Note that this bike should have skirted fenders, but I chose to use the 1937 - 39 open skirt fenders instead because I think they look better (also I have a 1940 skirted fender scout, and the wheels are a big pain to remove or install with the skirts). The gas tanks, rear fender, and front fender are brand new pieces from The Iron Horse Corral. The chain guard front and rear pieces are from a military
640 scout. The seat is an excellent recover from Heather's Leathers using a high quality black fine grain leather. The crankcases have excellent very early factory stamped numbers but the numbers don't match the frame.
Included are both 1940 45" cylinders, a set of factory 45" rods with " Z" metal flywheels, and both aluminum heads. The heads have a few bent and broken fins, but overall the motor parts are in excellent condition. Also included are an excellent set of 45" cams, four NOS valve guides, and a complete set of cam followers. The cam cover is an NOS piece. The GAS-4166 Autolite generator has been rebuilt by Indian Frank. The distributor is an NOS Autolite
with no wear. The transmission is an NOS piece with absolutely no wear on the gear teeth or main shaft.
The carburetor is a Linkert 641 with great threads and no damage to the bronze body. The oil pump has been cleaned and rebuilt. The Motolamp headlight is original, but has been converted to a sealed beam light. The wiring harness is brand new. The rear tail light is brand new. The ignition switch is brand new. The handlebars are nice and straight. The horn is an NOS Sparton 6 volt horn. Overall the bike has great patina and potential.

The bike was in great shape.
I painted the red and black parts on it, the chrome was in good condition. I plated the rims. the rest was original and in good shape. I replaced the muffler because it was missing. I also had the seat redone. I had all of the hardware cad plated, the spokes, nuts, bolts on the motor and the frame. the carburetor
was refurbished and all of the aluminum was polished. the motor was gone over. all the parts are nos from doctor D. all the bearings, gaskets, piston and rings, seals, points, and condener are new. it has new cables, and battery.

1978 Harley-Davidson FLH with very good quality sidecar.

This bike has the nostalgic side covers and trim pieces, all the chrome is in great shape, this bike has been taken care of, the paint is in very good condition but back fender doesn ât have the glossy shine, overall the bike looks and runs very good, the SS super E carb was just rebuilt, True dual long fishtail exhaust system, pogo and spring original excellent condition buddy seat with chrome grab rail and passenger backrest, Classic tour pack, cover for the sidecar passenger compartment.
The bike can be disconnected from the sidecar with four bolts. The sidecar is heavy duty as is the mounting hardware, it looks great hooked up to this classic motorcycle.
I added a steering stabilizer like all the Harley-Davidson trikes have and it works fantastic for a smooth ride, this bike can be a daily driver. The bike is ready to ride anywhere. The bike is turn key. Clean title.

At first inspection, I thought this to be an original paint survivor which it is not. The repaint looks to be a very early factory repaint, but unknown for sure. This 74ci. beauty is a very good running machine and shows only

Some custom modifications have been added to the bike including Superior style upsweep mufflers, SS carburetor and a boat load of running lights with full fender and saddlebag bumper guards. Bikes was fully restored including engines uppers/lowers. Bike is 6 volt, kick start, left tank shift, 3 speed, left foot clutch. Bike is in beautiful condition and is mostly original. Bike has been on display and was last started two years ago, will need fluids and light service. Bike has a free clear title.

1947 Harley Davidson Knucklehead FL Motorcycle.
40,586 Miles on the speedometer. Clear title! It was last on the road in 2004. Looks to be a mix of Panhead/Knucklehead/Shovelhead. It was purchased from an estate. Previous owner had passed. So could not get all the details of the build. It looks to have been built for a nice riding knucklehead.
Looks to be a 1960's? Shovelhead frame. The engine turns over with lots of compression. Matching belly numbers. Both front and rear brakes no not work. They will need to be rebuilt. Both Tanks are clean inside. The right tank has a dent in the rear , Tanks are solid.
The throttle works fine (Gas was drained before storage). Bike shifts through the gears. The clutch pulls nicely. The Goodyear tires look great , with lots of tread left. Also no dry rot. Trip Odometer works. The chrome does show some rust/pitting. Everything is solid. Seat is stiff. M-74 Carburetor. The frame looks to have no cuts or modifications. I do not see any repairs to the engine.
