Service Technician at Enclave , you would have working knowledge of all aspects of basic residential maintenance repair and service. This role involves: Completing service requests in a timely manner, using our online work order software Troubleshooting general plumbing, HVAC, electrical, & appliance issues Providing first class customer service to residents and property management staff Organizing and maintaining shop inventory Handling warranty work for general building upkeep Assisting in basic carpentry & general labor during the building turnover process We understand that not everyone may have a personal tool supply, Enclave has a company sponsored tool program available - No Tools Necessary

Skills & Qualifications: Great attitude Customer Service Focus Willingness to advance within the field (continuing education and certification opportunities available) Individuals who have previous experience with factory maintenance positions, hotel maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, concrete, other trades, or those who are mechanically inclined/handy would be a great candidate for this position. Position requires limited on-call availability, receive Hourly + Bonus pay on assigned days!
