EDUCATION & EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor s Degree preferred. 3 years of production experience in a manufacturing plant required. Bakery or food/beverage manufacturing preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a Lead in production required. Any equivalent
