Creation and manipulation of complex worksheets in Microsoft Office Excel for analytical analysis. Fluency with software systems such as Share Point, Qlikview, Planner Dash. Perform control activities as defined or to be defined for this position. Prepare financials for state regulatory reports. Research and develop responses for regulatory data requests, and regulatory or Company financial audits. Serve as support liaison with Energy Efficiency Program vendors for file transfers, account information, and data reconciliation.

Provide back-office support for customer records reconciliation. Identify and participate in the analysis of cost savings and efficiency opportunities related to Energy Efficiency Implementation Support processes and procedures. Build and foster strong communication and relationships with Energy Efficiency staff and leadership. Develop and maintain procedures that establish or improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Energy Efficiency. Support other Company initiatives as requested.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline, with a minimum of 7 years of professional work experience required. In lieu of a degree, 10 years of direct, related experience will be considered. This experience must be at a professional (exempt) level which also includes data reporting, analysis, costing and recommendations, along with an in-depth understanding of the subject matter. Effective interpersonal communication skills to aid in working across the organization. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Power Point Knowledge of and use with Qlikview, Share Point, and SAP experience is required.
