Across from the kitchen is a dining table with four chairs. The spacious pass through bathroom offers a large corner shower, porcelain toilet and sink with a vanity. You will also find a stackable washer and dryer that was installed in 2021. There is also a door to the outside which is a great feature if you need to access the bathroom while you're on the road. Great condition, very well cared for. There is no sign of any broken, damaged, or missing items. The roof, awnings, and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged. It has not been smoked in, and no pets. According to the seller all systems and functions are fully operational. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it independently surveyed to confirm the unit's condition before purchase.
