are 2 years old, full size queen bed up front, Goodyear tires are 4 years old, roof has been treated every 2 years, all new Timken wheel bearings 2 years ago, new deep cycle battery and LED tail lights this year. All systems function properly, except for the black tank monitor which has read full for the last 9 years - the float has been eternally stuck.
Features include 13,5k BTU ducted AC, and a 34k BTU furnace, electric fireplace, powered front landing gear, 6 gal gas/electric water heater, 8 cu ft fridge, outdoor kitchen with mini fridge, sink and 2 burner stove, indoor 3 burner stove/oven, microwave oven, ceiling fan, upgraded aluminum 16" wheels, outdoor shower. Holding tanks
are 50 gal fresh, 84 gal gray and 44 gal black. Black tank flush. Tanks have been emptied and the camper has been winterized. 36ft long, 12ft high, 9800 Lbs dry weight, 12,640 Lbs loaded, pin weight is 2100 Lbs.
I have seen the same year/model listed elsewhere into the upper $20k range. JD Power values the average retail to be $22,500. Given the graphics showing their age, I feel I am priced very fair at $19,800. Dont worry, all of our stuff will be emptied upon sale.
