Qualifications: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline. Interest, progress, or completion of valuation or forensic credential (such as, CFE, CFF, CVA, ABV, ASA, CFA, etc. ). Responsibilities: As a Forensics & Valuation Associate, you will assist with various tasks related to business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation services, and fraud investigations. You will have the opportunity to develop expertise, expand your knowledge, and build collaborative relationships within the practice and with clients. Assist with the preparation of business valuation and economic damages models and conduct fraud investigations.
Research, analyze, and synthesize industry, transactional, and economic information. Participate in management interviews, either onsite or via teleconference. Draft business valuation and economic damages reports. Assist with analytical testing related to forensic accounting and fraud investigations. Deliver unmatched client experience through timely and responsive communication.

Experience interpreting regulations, guides and precedents sufficient to interpret
and apply them in a variety of accounting situations. Experience utilizing an accounting system sufficient to flow individual funds and specific monies from initiation through expenditure stages in order to trace discrepancies in the system.
Experience in NAF accounting is highly preferred. Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.
