Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide quality customer service promptly and courteously at all times. Assist in identifying, analyzing, and offering cash management products and services to established businesscustomers and targeted prospective corporate clients. Assist in establishing and maintaining relationships with business and consumer customers. Assist with performing customer set-up and provide service maintenance on all cash management products andservices for new and existing customers. Assist with customer service-related issues and problem solving in a timely manner. Provide cash management support by reviewing documentation for accuracy, tracking and monitoring exceptions.

Perform daily morning duties including phone calls to customers regarding ACH, non-post, chargebacks, inactive/dormant accounts, red flags, and more. Be proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in person, over the phone and via email in anefficient, timely, and professional manner. Maintain complete confidentiality regarding sensitive customer and proprietary information. Perform tasks independently providing professional and knowledgeable assistance to all customers. Duties may be expanded on as experience and professional goals are achieved.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Must be proficient and able to perform all essential duties and responsibilities of the Banking Specialist II. In addition, this position will: Provide quality customer service promptly and courteously at all times. Accurately meet policy requirements for teller drawer balancing. Oversee teller activities in compliance with Bank policies. Assist with out of balance research. Perform research on fraudulent debit card transactions as well as placing debit card travel exceptions.

Accurately complete debit card limit increases and decreases, placing Holds and Stop Payments, and more. Research and complete disputes for fraudulent and unauthorized debit card transactions. Assist consumer and business customers with domestic and international wires, familiarity with wire procedures, fees, and customer inquiries, working with the Wire Team as needed to resolve issues. Under the direction of the Deposit Operations Leader provide motivation, training, project support, and overrides to Deposit Operations team. Serve as the primary trainer for all new Banking Specialist hires and trainees, as well as Special Forces team members and/or temporary employees assisting in Deposit Operations and keep training documentation updated at all times.

Assist tellers in locating cash discrepancies; help with daily balancing, provide overrides, review and sign off on large items, branch capture corrections and manage unusual transactions. Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently and meet the required standards established for cash handling and cash disbursement. Serve as a back-up to the Assistant Operations Leader and/or Deposit Operations Leader for preparing outgoing cash shipment(s) and verify incoming shipments, inputting branch orders and shipments, and foreign currency orders.

Monitor weekly ATM usage and maintenance. Assist in problem resolution for tellers and customers and resolve difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Actively participate in customer solution activities, including, but not limited to: Research customer information requests, inquiries and concerns and escalate as appropriate to ensure the matter is adequately resolved. Participate in wire transfer activities of the branch.

Funds transfers (line of credit advances and/or account/account transfers as needed). Ensure employees are adequately trained and cross-trained to effectively perform job duties. Teller training may include counting currency, running transactions, customer service, program training, branch capture training, buying/selling from vault, balancing/maintaining a cash drawer, balancing and replenishment of ATM, phone etiquette, open/close duties, shipment preparation, night drop, vault balancing, coin machine and business development. Strong professional integrity in compliance with company policy, and ethical and legal standards.

Ability to practice discretion and handle confidential information in a professional manner. Acquire and maintain thorough understanding of security procedures. Perform research on fraudulent debit card transactions as well as placing debit card travel exceptions.
