We're looking for people who have a great sense for high quality customer service, cross-selling and being a positive member of the team. MSRs are responsible for both paying and receiving transactions for members in person, via phone and through the mail.
This includes processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, money orders and cash advances, among other things. At the end of each day, the MSR must balance his/her cash drawer, ensuring that all transactions have been completed accurately. In addition to handling transactions, you'll also cross-sell credit union products and
help solve member problems quickly and efficiently. What we're looking for Education equivalent to a high school degree with a minimum of one year related experience in a financial institution, or other cashier function required.
The MSR must have good oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work with numbers, and good personal computer/keyboarding skills.
