Attending a scheduled orientation meeting and training led by the Project Manager. Requirements: 1. Ability to hit the ground running – this is a short-term, aggressively paced assignment. 2. should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, able and willing to work long hours, and importantly, be skilled in customer engagement. 3. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and creatively problem-solve.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player. 5. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in a customer-facing role. 6. Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods and navigating phone scripts. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Ability to work independently and in team settings. 2.
