Purpose and Scope of Job: Prepare and clean assembled products for coating application and apply coatings. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned): Clean and prepare assembled products for coating application. Apply various coatings of paint to finished products as specified.

Mix standard paint colors and thinners to obtain proper viscosity; adjust as necessary. Operate paint spray equipment to apply paint coatings. Maintain spray paint equipment in proper working condition. Replace nozzles and other gun components. Flush and clean paint system circulation and filtering lines and components. Replenish painting supply as necessary. Prepare units for final shipment.

Operate forklift and crane to move products. Maintain paint inventory. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years of painting experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.

Previous high volume, low pressure (HVLP) industrial spray application experience.
