7. Participates in the quality improvement/quality assurance process at the unit level. 8. Communicates effectively 9. Parallel Processing in collaboration with circulating nurse/team staff to achieve and maintain turnover goals and on-time starts. 10. Actively participates in performing the essential components of the WHO Checklist, hand hygiene, and other department safety and quality initiatives. 11.
