Team members may be called upon to complete tasks at our restaurant, gift shops, hotel, rental properties or noodle manufacturing facility.

Team members work individually, or as part of a broader team on some projects, to complete tasks and keep things running. program On-the-job training Flexible schedules Scholarship and Leadership programs Free access to Smart Dollar® What you’ll be doing: Ensures equipment and building systems are maintained regularly and in accordance with specifications; Troubleshoots electrial and mechanical problems Disassembles and reassembles equipment, machinery and components as directed; Provides building maintenance tasks involving mechanical, heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical as necessary; Follows OSHA and food safety regulations and policies; Tests equipment, components, and machinery to ensure proper operation Skills you’ll bring along: Certification for HVAC and/or refrigeration or comparable on-the-job experience

Knowledge and experience with high voltage, low voltage electrical and PLCs 1-2 years related experience/training in field or restaurant/hotel setting Ability to read and follow schematics/prints for equipment and buildings Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record Be able to work independently with little supervision Possess good communication skills Pay: $20.00/hour Job Type Full time position: 7:00am-3:30pm, five days per week, including some Saturdays plus being in an “on-call” rotation with the other team members.

(On-call does include the possibility of being called in on Sundays.

What you'll do: As the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team by ensuring seamless operations and providing critical support. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales support functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance overall sales efficiency

and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a high-performing sales support team, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.2.

Process Optimization: Develop and refine sales support processes to streamline operations, improve response times, and enhance the overall sales experience for both internal and external stakeholders.3. Collaboration with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales leaders to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring that the sales support team is aligned with the overall sales strategy and objectives.4. Technology Integration: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales support technologies to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting capabilities.5.

Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the sales support team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.6. Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales support functions and regularly report on metrics, providing insights to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee the maintenance and utilization of the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, supporting the sales team in their customer interactions.8.

Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration between sales support, sales, and other relevant departments to create a cohesive and efficient working environment. What you need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Proven experience in sales support or a related role, with a track record of success in optimizing processes and improving efficiency. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technologies.
