KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Current working knowledge of boilers; must have a low-pressure boiler operator’s license. Previous experience in building operations is a plus. Computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to work with a variety of equipment, analyze
and solve complex problems. Current skills in welding, soldering, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, grounds care and equipment operation, carpentry, concrete, and landscaping required.
