Lead the development and growth of a technology portfolio across current, adjacent, and new customers. Manage a team of direct reports including program staffing and career
development. Propose new R&D ideas and drive the executions and implementation of the new solutions. Interfacing with customers to understand customer challenges and gaps in our existing solutions.
Conduct organizational level planning across program portfolio to include staff planning, recruiting, facilities, and capital requirements, etc. Supporting business development, provide capture solutioning, and perform proposal review and writing. Foster strong relationships with government customers Responsible for P&L management across program portfolio Participating in the negotiation of contracts, contract changes, specifications, budgets, scheduling milestones, and personnel alignment
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications 16 years of experience within R&D, engineering, and/or management (people/programs).
Experience working with government customers in the development of current and future government research opportunities while supporting/leading business development efforts. Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to present to large government customer audiences.
