S. in Engineering, Science or Technology. Experience: 3+ years relevant work experience. Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to develop working relationships on all levels. Demonstrated ability to work on multiple high priority projects in a high-speed environment. (Multi-tasking, Time management). Ability to work proficiently with electronic databases and to write Queries.

Ability to learn new databases or other software. Working knowledge of intermediate statistics, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE). Analytical, problem solving, and information gathering skills. Advanced computer skills including MS Office. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with or exposure to non-woven processes. Project management skills. Six Sigma training. Experience working in a LEAN manufacturing environment. Experience in a c GMP compliant manufacturing environment. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $102,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.

Requires working with live poultry. the overall purpose of this position is t o remove the birds from the trays by their feet, hang the feet of the bird in shackles on a moving line at a specific rate without bruising or injuring the bird.

Must follow required rotation as directed by management. Schedules vary due to business needs, but are generally 5am-2pm for 1st shift and 2p-11p for 2nd shift. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities #1 Live Hanger Remove 6-9 lbs. birds from a tray hang birds in shackles at a rate of 21 Birds Per Minute. Hold a bird that weights from 6-9 lbs. by both of its feet

and hang the bird in a shackle on a moving line at a reach of approximately 20 inches. Pick up dead birds on arrival weighing between 6 to 9 lbs. and place on (DOA) belt.

#2 Tray Stacker Remove 10-15 lb. Trays from a moving conveyor and fill one cage every minute to include 15 modules per cage. Remove foreign material from trays prior to placing in the cage (20) inches. Maintain an efficient flow of cages- input & output making sure forklift operator always has a cage ready for removal. #3 Forklift Driver Perform pre-op inspection of vehicle and post-op cleaning on a daily basis Remove cage of trailer and place in the conveyor belt Remove cage from conveyor belt and place on trailer Inspect

cage and replace any bad or misaligned trays on cage Make sure there is a cage always on the conveyor for production.

#4 Offal Would be utilize in offal to relieve breaks or fill in as management needs after received training. #5 Jockey Driver Operate Jockey truck transferring trailers to and from the processing area. The task requires maneuvering in and out of the vehicle up to the height of 4’ (feet) every half hour. Secure back modules by placing a chain, weighing up to 35 lbs. to the height of 13’ Ensure that trailers are processed in the order designated by management Ensure that there is at least one trailer of live birds in the processing area at all times Perform pre-op inspection of vehicle and post-op cleaning on a daily basis.

Ensure that there is no birds left on the trailer when it leaves the area. #6 Rec/ Dressing Would be utilize in dressing to relieve breaks or fill in as management needs after received training on the following jobs listed: 1. Back up Harvester 2. Floor person 3. Operator Minimum Education High School or equivalent not required but beneficial. Experience Requirements Worked a minimum of 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer within the past 3 years. Experience Preferred Experience in poultry processing/live stock preferred Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements When in a plant environment: Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.

May be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity. May handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees Fahrenheit. May be exposed to noise ranges of 50 db to 110 db. May be exposed to dust, feathers and all chemicals used in poultry, food, processing facility. Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.

Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors 10ppm and chlorine less than 20 ppm. Able to stand for several hours.
