years, with learning experiences that promote school readiness.
This includes the creation and implementation of individualized lesson plans, development of meaningful relationships with children and families, and the design of safe, engaging environments. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skill required. The individual must be able to successfully pass routine background checks. Education/Certification/Licensure : Associate's or bachelor's degree in child development or early childhood education, equivalent coursework. Must have a valid Indiana driver's license and the ability to meet the minimum requirements of the insurance carrier at all times.
