are facilitated and respected. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise groups of up to 30 children in camp activities, and, when necessary, implementing positive behavioral management. Develop lesson plans and activities related to learning objectives of the camp.
Teach and lead science and adventure-based activities including outdoor skills, boating, swimming, challenge course, archery, and hiking. Serve as host to guests, providing hospitality services. Check-in with guests at meals and facilitate mealtime programs. Safely operate All Saints vehicles including golf carts, off-road service vehicles, and watercraft. Assist the camp maintenance staff with the upkeep of camp property
and facilities. Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum two years college education or related work experience. Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, AED, Lifeguarding, and Level 1 Challenge Course Practitioner, Food Handlers Permit, and Safe Church training, or willing to obtain.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Must be able to work in temperature extremes over 100 degrees and under 32 degrees. Must be able to walk/hike up to five miles over rocky terrain. Must be able to stand and walk for up to eight hours a day. Position requires bending, reaching, squatting, writing, standing, sitting, climbing, walking, repetitive motions, good hearing, good visual acuity, and good speaking skills.
